Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

After delivery, eligible products may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Nixely reserves the right to cancel an order before shipment. If we cancel a paid order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Nixely is not responsible for delays caused by:

Nixely provides free return shipping for approved returns within the United States.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.
